Seller agrees to provide for, design, and control a website for buyer to use PuckWare programs. Seller agrees not to use buyer's databases for any purpose other than to administer PuckWare for buyer.
Buyer agrees to secure a merchant account with secure site online credit card payment capability. (If needed, seller will assist in establishing this account.)
Buyer agrees not to copy and/or distribute PuckWare software for any purpose whatsoever.
Buyer and seller both agree that buyer owns all datafiles created through this agreement.
Full PuckWare usage fee: $7.50/registered player/season. Reduced rates apply for partial usage and Spring/Summer programs.
